Focus on any volunteer experience or community service experience that you may have. List everything that you do throughout the day/week/month/year. Do you help people? Do you read to people? Do you babysit children? Do you do anything at church, Sunday School teacher, homecoming committee? Do you pick up cans on the side of the road? Do you mow yards? Do you help out the elderly anyway? Have you ever sat with an elderly person for a week/month? Is there anything you do in the community that you are not paid for, but you do it? When you have no paid work experience, it is time to look outside the box.

Any volunteering? Do anything afterschool, like sports? Been in a club? Lead any projects? Noting any of that can be helpful. Writing resumes are tough but you just gotta keep chipping at the block until it comes out the way you want.

I'm not familiar with Australian commerce but... hopefully you can get a job with some sort of retail store or become a waitress. Most people will understand that since you are 16, you are not expected to have a very expansive resume. I bet many jobs that you apply for (such as retail) will not even require a resume to be submitted. Either way, get back in school (not that I'm judging your situation), and whatever you do, don't listen to all these spammers above me that are offering pointless "opportunities." Good luck.

Even though you've never had a job, there are still things you can put on your resume. If you've ever been in a club or on a sports team in school, you can put that on there. If you've ever done any community service, or won any awards at school, that is also helpful. Putting all of your skills on a resume is a must (for example, if you know how to use Microsoft Word, put that on there).
