So I'm looking for something good to read and wondered if anyone had any suggestions?

Already read Twilight Saga as well as the Harry Potter series...so no need to suggest those. :) Only thing I probably won't read is Westerns or Harlequin type books. So other than these, what's good to read...and if you can, give a small summary of the book, just so I get an idea what it's about. :)
in the age of group of 19+, so hope that helps ideas. :)
And really most genres will do, doesn't have to be strictly vampire.

Depending on how old you are, I've got some different suggestions.
If you're a teenager:
Blood Ties by Sophie McKenzie
Blurb: "Theo gives his bodyguard the slip once too often. Rachel receives a weird text from her father. So begins a highly dangerous search to unravel unanswered questions about their past.
Linked by the firebombing of a research clinic, Theo and Rachel fear they are targets of an extremist group, who will stop at nothing to silence them. Awaiting them are startling discoveries about their identities which will affect their future in dramatic and life-altering ways..."
I found this book was really something amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed it. You never guess whats coming next, and you just can't put the book down until you've completed it.
Older than a teenager:
No Time For Goodbye by Linwood Barclay
Blurb: "The house was silent. No sound of her parents getting ready for work, or her brother late for school. Were they punishing her for last night? She'd been out on a date when she should have been studying, and had a huge fight with her father. So where was everyone now? Why had her family disappeared?
Twenty-five years later the mystery is no nearer to being solved and Cynthia is still haunted by unanswered questions. Were her family murdered? Abducted? If so, why was she spared? And if they're alive, why did they abandon her?
Then a letter arrives, a letter which makes no sense. Soon Cynthia begins to realise that stirring up the past could be the worst mistake she has ever made..."
This book is amazing, it just 'flies off the page'. I couldn't put it down until the very last page, it was just amazing. The twists and turns in it are unbelievable, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who enjoys reading. This book has given me so much respect for Linwood Barclay, he is just an amazing man for writing a book this special.
Sorry for making my answer so long, but I hope I helped you. :)

Okay, so you liked the Twilight books. I suggest that you try reading something like the Harry Potter series or another one of those vampire stories, Vampire Diaries or something like that, I'm not sure if this is a good book because I've never read it but I've seen other people read it after Twilight, so you can try reading that if you want to. I don't really have any other books to recommend to you because I'm still not really sure of what books and genre you would like. I hope this helps and happy reading.

The Luxe series by Anna Godbersen. It is a historical fiction, and amazing. They are hard to explain. They are like Jane Austen's novels, but with a whole lot more scandal.
The Private series by Kate Brian: About a girl named Reed who goes to Private school on scholarship and her adventures, which include getting into the exclusive Billings Dorm, dating the hottest guy in school, and murder. SO ADDICTING!
Sarah Dessen books are pretty good. They are very well polished, and are really realistic. Sometimes, though, they are harder to read because their isn't something that makes it super interesting like in other books. But if you read them with patience, they are wonderful.
Meg Cabot books are really fun.
I especially like
Airhead: about a girl that gets put into a supermodels body.
The Mediator series: A girl who can communicate to ghosts.
The Sisterhood of the traveling pants series is actually pretty good. Try them. Better than the movies!

Ever sees Damen and feels an instant recognition. He is gorgeous, exotic and wealthy, and he holds many secrets. Damen is able to make things appear and disappear, he always seems to know what she’s thinking—and he’s the only one who can silence the noise and the random energy in her head.
