Question: Are these things true? MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that they believe your Church is wrong, your Christian creeds are abomination to God, and you pastor or Priest is a hireling of Satan. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that there is salvation only in their church - all others are wrong. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that those who have been through their temples are wearing secret underwear to protect themselves from "evil". This "evil" includes non - Mormons like you. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU about their secret temple rites at all. If they did, you would spot them as non Christians immediately. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that they think "familiar spirits" are good, and that their Book of Mormon has a "familiar spirit". Leviticus 19:31 says familiar spirits defile one, and are to be avoided at all costs. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that women receive salvation only through their Mormon husbands, and must remain pregnant for all eternity. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that they intend to be gods themselves some day, and are helping to earn their exaltation to godhood by talking to you. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that they intend to have many wives in heaven, carrying on multiple sex relations throughout eternity, until they have enough children to populate their own earth, so they can be "Heavenly Father" over their own planet! MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that you were once a spirit - child of their heavenly father, and one of his numerous wives before you were born on earth. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that the Virgin Mary really wasn't a virgin at all but had sex relations with their heavenly father to produce the Mormon version of Jesus Christ MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that they believe Jesus had at least three wives and children while he was on this earth. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that the "heavenly father" they ask you to pray to with them, is really an exalted man that lives on a planet near the star base Kolob, and is not the Heavenly Father of the Bible at all. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that Jesus was really Lucifer's brother in the spirit world, and it was only due to a "heavenly council" vote that Jesus became our redeemer instead of Satan!! MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that there are over one hundred divisions in Mormonism. They conveniently "forget" this while criticizing the many denominations within the body of Christ MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that all their so- called scriptures such as the Book of Mormon, Pearl of Great Price, Doctrine and Covenants, and even their official "Mormon Doctrine" statements contradict each other on MAJOR doctrinal points. The King James Bible is likewise contradicted. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that the reason the Book of Mormon has no maps is because there is not one scrap of archaeological evidence to support it! MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that the state of Utah, which is predominately Mormon, has a higher than the national average of wife-beating, child abuse, and teenage suicide. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that their prophet Joseph Smith was heavily involved in the occult when he founded Mormonism. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that that they encourage visitations from dead relatives from the "spirit world", a practice forbidden in the Bible. (Deuteronomy 18:10-12.) MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that there are many accounts of Joseph Smith's first vision besides the one they present to you, and all are different MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that their secret temple oaths are based on the Scottish Rite Masons. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that before 1978 they considered the ***** race inferior, and even one drop of ***** blood prevented a person from entering their priesthood. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that they expect Christ to return to their temple in Missouri, but they haven't built the temple He's supposed to return to, because they don't own the property. (It is owned by the "Temple Lot Mormons" who have plans of their own, and won't let the Salt Lake City group buy it). MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that they consider the Bible to be untrustworthy and full of errors. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that Jesus' death on the cross only partially saves the believer. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that that according to Anton Lavey's Satanic Bible, the demon god of the living dead is called "Mormo". Is it just a coincidence that the Mormons are so concerned with the dead? MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that on their Salt Lake City Temple they prominently display an upside-down star which is a Satanic symbol known as the Goat's head. Why? MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that they believe the Archangel Michael came down to earth with several of his celestial wives, and became Adam in the garden of Eden. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that that they believe the angel Gabriel came down to earth and became Noah in the days of the flood. MORMONS WON'T TELL YOU that their Prophet Joseph Smith prophesied falsely many times. For example, he foretold the second coming of Christ for 1891. The Bible teaches that one false prophecy puts the

Ah, visions of ducks and ropes.... and math class! Punk- Odd Duck is gonna tell you why I answered this question with a reference to waterfowl... so I'm gonna tell you why I mention a rope... (math class is at the end). I like analogies- used correctly, they can be very effective in teaching difficult concepts. My rope analogy addresses the question many have about how Mormons think that salvation is attained- by grace alone or by works alone?... (answer- neither of these is correct, but then, you already know that). If I'm in a pit more than about 6 feet deep (I'm only 5'3"), I really can't get out by myself (salvation by works alone). I need help. Jesus is at the top, with a rope (grace). I know that he has the rope, that the rope is long enough and strong enough. I know that Jesus can pull me out of this pit. So He's already made the rope and dropped it down to me. But am I saved yet?... No- I have to do something with the rope- I have to take it in my hand and hang on, or tie it around me... I have to do SOMETHING (salvation by grace AND works). Here's another analogy I thougth of a while back. Now, I know that some will disagree with some of the interpretation, and that's ok with me. As a senior in high school, I noticed that among my fellow soon-to-be graduates, there was a pretty big variety in the level of mathematics we were all enrolled in. Some were in applied math, barely understanding the definition of "angle of incident"... some were in algebra, incorporating letters in their math... and some were in pre-calculus, using just letters in their math. Now, often if an AP student starts talking about what she learned in her math class with a student in applied math, the applied math student isn't going to get a whole lot of anything. It simply won't make sense- and it may not even sound like "math" to him.... Some Christianity is like the applied math class- it's the bare minimums of what Christianity is. Some Christianity is a little more advanced, they have a little bit more they expect of themselves- that's like Geometry or Algebra. Then there's the advanced placement Christianity- it has some pretty deep doctrines, and like in the math analogy, when some speak of higher teachings with those who aren't ready, those who aren't ready won't understand and will say that it isn't really Christianity at all.

I've spent about forty years in bishoprics, high councils, and clerk positions, and I've seen a number of people leave the Church. I've sat on a number of disciplinary councils. None of them left the Church because of "evidence" against the Church. There are some who just gradually drift away into inactivity. Sometimes it is because of a loss of faith, brought on by doubts caused by something they've read. One of my brothers was like that, although he has since come back to Church. He didn't want to tell me about his doubts because he had become convinced that there was no answer to his doubts, and he didn't want to burden me with his doubts. It is too bad he didn't talk to me, because there is always an answer. Part of his problem though was that he was looking for a reason not to go on a mission, and "blindly" follow the example of his older brothers. It was partly a pride issue. I have a theory about those who leave the Church and claim it was because of evidence. They fall into three groups. (1) Some are honestly confused by the arguments of men. (2) Some look for evidence the Church is not true, but deep down they know the real reason was they were offended or they felt guilty about their sins. (3) And others don't understand their own motives. In a psychology class I once took I heard of an interesting experiment regarding this third group. A person in another psychology class was hypnotized and given a post-hypnotic suggestion. The hypnotized student was told that when the teacher coughed the student would get up from his seat and open the window to the classroom. He wouldn't remember anything he was told when hypnotized. He was then awaken from his hypnotic trance and told to go back to his seat. The student remembered nothing of what he was told while hypnotized. The teacher after a few minutes coughed, and the student got up and opened the window. Now here is the point of this story. When asked why he opened the window his brain immediately manufactured a reason. He said he was hot, and strangely enough his body proved it by getting red and sweaty.

Mormons won't tell you any of those things because they aren't true. This is not an accurate list of what we believe. And wow, I've been a Mormon all my life and there are a few things in there that I'VE never even heard. Whoever made that list was very creative. I suggest going to www.mormon.org. You can chat with a Mormon missionary and ask about each of these things one by one.

No, none of that is right. No offense, but you're obviously just parroting things you've been told without doing any actual research. If you knew us at all, you would know that we do not believe non-Mormons are evil or that God had sex with Mary (gross). If you want to know what we actually believe, go to mormon.org.

Wow. Every one of those things is either not true or an amoral twisting of one of our beliefs that is intended to make it sound horrible and sick. Those things are not an accurate description of what we believe at all. Anyone who truly knows a Mormon would NEVER think those things. All of those things are also intended to instill fear into peoples hearts. If you disagree, tell me how they are not. But, who is the author of fear? Certainly not God. As I have come to know God I have come to know that He does not draw his children unto him through fear. His message is a message of love. Pure and simple.

They'll b quite shocked as LDS is a false religion-Big mistake=Trusting J Smith over Jesus. Ppl CONFUSE TRUTH (offends many)/HATE/impose human limits/labels 2 God's abilities=dumb limits. 40+yrs Iv studied whole Bible-some parts many times. LDS isnt Christian (despite claims/devil mimics angels of light). Religions (ie lds/Cc/jw's/islam/others) claim Bible based yet contradict it=dont know real Jesus. LDS/JWs hv same root history. God protected full truth within Bible-2 tell truth vs lies u must judge diff=Jn 7:24. God lives by real truth standing 4ever unchanged/doesnt respect man/religions. Mostly, talking beliefs with Cc/mormons/jws/muslims etc wastes time (I Cor 2:12-16). Jesus is God's Son claims only proved by real Biblical practices or ur beliefs call God/Jesus liars-that God failed 2 protect Bible truth. Labels/titles/names, history/# of members/amount of time it existed/claims made about it (ie persecution) is meaningless (u can call anything anything). Whats practiced makes them whole truth or a lie. Dict def doesnt always cover God's full word usage/exceptions-Jesus/Biblical prophets were never muslims as izscam claims (calling a dog god doesnt make it God/Calling a church CJCLDS doesnt prove its Christian=Mat 7:21-23). Only 66 Books r legit-stand on same purpose/mindset/foundation, message (Apocrypha/lost books/BoMb/Qurap dont hv this framework/contradict real Bible/r false-mentioning other writings doesnt make whole text valid)-only thing Jesus changed is way 1 achieves obeying OT (needed parts)-1 must go thru Jesus who fulfilled OT Law (purpose 4 Jesus' mission/perfect sacrifice 4 our sins=cancels need 4 human priesthoods-ie LDS/Cc). God let Cc (privilege not a right) assemble Bible (Apostles/not Cc wrote NT). NT comes from/agrees with/holds fully 2 OT/builds on it. So all truth claims must fully hold 2 OT/NT (cant vary even 1 degree) or its godless-OT says God (Mal 3:6)/NT says Jesus never changes (Heb 13:8). Jesus fully obeyed God (Jn 8:28/5:30/14:6,9) so He didnt change God's OT truth (why the word is sharper than any 2-edged [OT/NT] sword). Sadly ppl dont take seriously Jesus' warnings (revelation/vision must exactly match/reflect God's eternal OT/NT truth or its false). Accepting other gospels/another testament/bks or diff teaching/'oral' tradition (false gospels)=not Christian (FLDS/LDS, Oc/RCc/Cc, JWs, Islam/others dont get this-fulfilling prophecies against their practices/rituals/human traditions (u can program machines 2 do rituals-God isnt in2 robots). Only 1 God/1 Holy Spirit/1 Jesus (fully agree in Spirit/truth)=only 1 legit Biblical interp exists (Jesus wasnt talking out 2 nor 1000s of sides of His mouth=no confusion). Jesus didnt write anything so the wise see proof of God is the Bible-Jesus couldnt hv done whats in NT w/o knowing whole OT (impossible w/o God-NT didnt exist yet/Apostles couldnt write NT w/o Jesus having them remember all He did (Lk 24:25-27,45). Only 1 God can occupy infinity (no other legit gods exist)=God of Israel=NO CAUSE NEEDED 2 EXIST/declare end from start-only fully proved b/c Jesus is God's Son. U can fool u/others but not God of Israel. BOM has stolen text/things contrary 2/not in Bible: ie Adam&Eve werent in Missouri/Jesus wasnt in US/no1 marries in Heaven. Smith's claimed revelations dont come from real God/Jesus. Bible says dont go beyond whats written 4 good reasons (I Cor 4:6). God knew many'd twist His Word & used system u cant change (like God/Jesus/Prv 30:4-6). Reading the Bible (religious/not) u cant find Jesus/rightly know Bible w/o Bible directions (Jn 5:39/10:1,7/3:3,5/14:6/II Cor 3:14/Is 29:11-12-if Jewish ppl cant unveil OT w/o Jesus all gentiles cant=why many interps exist/called fairy tales). Its why most religions r built on ideas/gods man likes-cant all b right (only 1 Bible-why so many interps? II Pet 1:19-21). Religion doesnt=the truth/cant teach much on God (cant teach what u don't know). Who knows more about a house, the Builder/ppl moving in later? In history only Jesus said He's the way/truth/life, no1 knows God w/o Him (Jn 14:6/5:39/Acts 4:12)=complete truth=All new/other teachings r false/godless or Jesus is 1 more false prophet 2 ignore=no God exists. Bible severely warns dont trust humans/u, clergy/churches/scholars (other writings)/scientists, TV (Jer 10:2-5,23/Is 2:22/Job 12:11; Prv 14:12/Acts 17:11). Many ways seem right but its end=death(only 1 path [not many] 2 God thru Jesus). Carefully think over what I say-Dont just believe/dismiss what I write-might save u from getting in2 godless religions (poisoned tree/fruit). voyc4rmwldrns
