Question: I did really good all through middle school, but people say only high school and college matter. I am scared about all the work and if I can handle it and maintain my good grades.

Not necessarily, I mean, it really depends on your teacher. I'm a sophomore now and let's just say Freshman year was harder (and I took only 3 honors classes!) but I handle it and passed all three with an A! I think you can do it. Try to challenge yourself a little. I have six honors classes this year, and I have a light homework load! The teachers I have believe in lesser and challenging work rather than loads and loads of work. My teachers are great! The light homework load allows me to focus harder on AP World History, which usually you just read 1-2 chapters a week and an occasional worksheet. So far, I have all As. Anyways, I think you're really should challenge yourself if you were that good in middle school. Believe in yourself and grow confident! Good luck!

Hmm... it might be a little bit hard for you to juggle in that extra class along with all of your other honors classes. You might have forfeited a study hall because of that. Honors Algebra II is the most failed class in my school district - LOL. Good for you for challenging yourself, and I agree it might be something worth mentioning in your transcript. You honestly have very high expectations for yourself with all those AP classes, and that is a good thing. You sound ready for a challenge ~ go for it. If it doesn't work out, talk to your guidance counselor and you can take an extra class in summer school.

You'll be fine. I took 7 classes, plus 2 online, including 2 math classes. I had plenty of time to hang with friends and rarely had homework

Lots of people say its a reality check. I mean, middle school is like NOTHING. At all. It might be diffcult at first, but eventually you should be able to juggle a few AP classes in as well (during sophmore, junior, and senior year)

No, it won't be a lot of work. I had honors for every subject when I was a freshman in high school and I could handle it. =))))))

Yes, list all the courses your are currently taking. IF Applicable would be if you were NOT currently enrolled in HS. Say taking a gap year or working or something. They want to know the WHOLE of your transcript.
